Mike began serving as Senior Pastor November 1, 2020. He and his wife Isabel have been married since November of 1993 and have two sons, Morgan and Connor. Pastor Mike has been serving the Lord in either a part-time or full-time capacity since 1995. He has served as a youth pastor, missions pastor and church starter as well as Senior Pastor. Pastor Mike graduated from Howard Payne University in 2007 with a Bachelors in Christian Studies. He is currently a student at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Other than spending time with family, Mike is an avid football fan and when he is not with his wife, watching football or in study, you will find him riding a back road on his motorcycle.
Aaron began serving as our Worship Arts Pastor in June of 2018. He and his wife, Chelsea, have been married since June of 2012. They have a son named Oliver and a daughter named Harper. Aaron graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in May of 2012 with a Bachelors in Church Music and from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2019 with a Masters in Theological Studies. When not performing, teaching, or studying music, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, following his favorite sports teams, and reading. He previously served as Minister of Music and Education at First Baptist Church in Seagraves, Texas from 2013-2018.
Lori served as our Financial Secretary from 2010 to 2015. In the Fall of 2015 she transitioned in to her current position as our Business Administrator. Lori completed her MBA from Wayland Baptist University in May of 2021. She and her husband, David, have five children, Celeste, Kristen, Naomi, Jarek & John Mark. They also have one wonderful granddaughter named Trinity. Lori oversees our finances, as well as our support & janitorial staff, and our facilities. We’re glad to have her as part of our ministry staff at CRBC!
Cyrus began serving as Youth Minister in February of 2022. He is waiting patiently until July 1st when he gets to marry his fiancé Madison. Cyrus is currently a junior at Wayland Baptist Univerity on the Accelerated 5-year program to get a bachelors in Christian Theology and a masters in Divinity. When he’s not studying or working, Cyrus enjoys playing board games with his friends and family, as well as watching sports. He previously served as a children’s ministry intern at Mission Dorado Baptist Church in Odessa.
Nicole Havlik has been a Mother’s Day Out Coordinator for four years and is starting ours at CRBC this year (2022)! She’s been married to Joseph for seven years and they have one daughter, Hollis, that is four years old. Nicole graduated from WTAMU in 2016 with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is excited to see the plans God has in store for this program at CRBC. Her prayer is that God continues to use her as a vessel to reach little ones and their families!
Brenda Curless is our morning secretary. She began volunteering at CRBC in 2012, and as a part-time secretary in June of 2019. She and her husband, Steve, have one son and 3 grandsons, Tristan, Camron and Dylan. All 3 grandsons were saved during VBS. She looks forward to serving this church.
Madison Vise is our remote ministry assistant . She began volunteering in the church as a student while in our youth program 2017. She recently graduated from Randall High School and is now attending Amarillo College in pre-Physical Therapy. Madison expects to attend Texas Tech University in the fall of 2023 to finish her bachelors degree and earn her doctorate in Physical Therapy. She enjoys playing with her nieces and nephew, being around her family, following her favorite sports team, and listening to music.
Debbie Bible is our afternoon ministry assistant. Her parents started taking her to church when she was 6 months old. She was a member at Highland Baptist Church until she came to Coulter Road in 1985. She came to know Jesus as her Savior at GA camp when she was 10 years old. Debbie was a part of the CRBC singles department for many years. She met her husband Johnny at a singles event through the Amarillo Baptist Association. When they were first married, Johnny and Debbie served in the singles department, since that is how they met. They eventually became involved in a couples’ class until they were asked to be a part of the Senior Adult department. They currently serve as directors and Debbie also teaches the ladies class. They have been married for 26 years. Johnny and Debbie were a part of the Upward Basketball ministry for many years, where they saw many kids come to know Jesus. Johnny serves as a deacon in the church. Debbie is involved with the children’s ministry, by doing a short devotional during the Children’s Moment once a month in the morning worship. Johnny and Debbie love serving the Lord with their Coulter Road family.
