Mike Dickey, Senior Pastor

Mike began serving as Senior Pastor November 1, 2020. He and his wife Isabel have been married since November of 1993 and have two sons, Morgan and Connor. Pastor Mike has been serving the Lord in either a part-time or full-time capacity since 1995. He has served as a youth pastor, missions pastor and church starter as well as Senior Pastor. Pastor Mike graduated from Howard Payne University in 2007 with a Bachelors in Christian Studies. Other than spending time with family, Mike is an avid football fan and when he is not with his wife, watching football or in study, you will find him riding a back road on his motorcycle. 

Aaron Hill, Worship Arts Pastor

Aaron began serving as our Worship Arts Pastor in June of 2018. He and his wife, Chelsea, have been married since June of 2012. They  have a son named Oliver and a daughter named Harper. Aaron graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in May of 2012 with a Bachelors in Church Music and from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2019 with a Masters in Theological Studies. When not performing, teaching, or studying music, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, following his favorite sports teams, and reading. He previously served as Minister of Music and Education at First Baptist Church in Seagraves, Texas from 2013-2018.

Lori Wood, Business Administrator

Lori served as our Financial Secretary from 2010 to 2015.  In the Fall of 2015 she transitioned in to her current position as our Business Administrator.  Lori completed her MBA from Wayland Baptist University in May of 2021. She and her husband, David, have five children, Celeste, Kristen, Naomi, Jarek & John Mark. They also have one wonderful granddaughter named Trinity. Lori oversees our finances, as well as our support staff and facilities.

Cyrus Grainger, Youth Ministry Director

Cyrus began serving as Youth Minister in February of 2022. He and his wife Madison have been married since July of 2022. Cyrus is currently a junior at Wayland Baptist University on the accelerated 5-year program to get a Bachelors in Christian Theology and a Masters in Divinity. When he’s not studying or working, Cyrus enjoys playing board games with his friends and family, as well as watching sports. He previously served as a children’s ministry intern at Mission Dorado Baptist Church in Odessa.

Missy Hughes, Children's Ministry Director

Missy Hughes began serving as Children’s Director in September of 2022.  She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and Exercise Physiology.  Missy’s background includes teaching in Arlington, Mansfield and Amarillo, followed by service as Field Director for Campfire Boys and Girls, Director/Owner of Tandem Christian Academy and President of Panhandle Christian Home Educator’s Association after retiring from the public classroom. She was married to Peter Hughes for 32 years before the Lord called him home and they have one son, Peter John, who is an engineer in Houston, Texas. When she has free time, Missy enjoys travel, hiking, quilting, organizing and playing with her morkie-Lucy.  She is excited to be part of the Coulter Road Ministry Team and looks forward to working with the children and their parents to help them create solid faith foundations.

Nicole Havlik, Mother's Day Out Director

Nicole Havlik has been a Mother’s Day Out Coordinator for four years and at Coulter Road since 2022. She’s been married to Joseph for seven years and they have one daughter, Hollis, that is four years old. Nicole graduated from WTAMU in 2016 with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. She is excited to see the plans God has in store for this program at CRBC. Her prayer is that God continues to use her as a vessel to reach little ones and their families!

Brenda Curless, Ministry Assistant

Brenda Curless is our morning ministry assistant. She began volunteering at CRBC in 2012, and as a part-time secretary in June of 2019.  She has one son and 3 grandsons, Tristan, Camron and Dylan. She loves serving in this church through her Sunday School class and the Nominating Committee, along with her work as a Ministry Assistant.

Debbie Bible, Ministry Assistant

Debbie Bible is our afternoon ministry assistant. She came to know Jesus as her Savior at GA camp when she was 10 years old and joined Coulter Road in 1985.  Debbie was a part of the CRBC singles department for many years before marrying her husband, Johnny, of 26 years. They currently serve as directors of the Senior Adult department and Debbie also teaches the ladies class. Johnny and Debbie love serving the Lord with their Coulter Road family.
