Girls Missions Day Camp
July 16, 2018, 8:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
Day Camp for girls (finishing grades K-3) and their sponsor involves a day of fun activities and fellowship designed to build a foundation in faith through Biblical and Gospel presentations as girls interact with leaders and missionaries from a variety of ministries. Many guests enjoy the opportunity to celebrate and connect with the Great Commission! Day camp is held at High Plains retreat center outside of Canyon, but we will leave from and return to Coulter Road Baptist Church.
Registration fee is $35 includes camp T-shirt and lunch. There are two registration forms, one for camp and one for our church, please fill out both. If you want to pay online, please pay on the church registration form. Please download or pick up Medical Form from the Childhood Ministry office and return completed to Dulcie before we leave for camp. Online Registration forms must be completed and $35 paid to Lori Wood in CRBC office or paid online by 5:00 on June 19.
Overnight Girls Missions Camp
Monday, July 16, 2018; 6:00 P.M. – Friday, July 20, 2018; 3:30 P.M.
A five-day, overnight camp for girls who have completed grades 3-6. Campers will stay at while completing a variety of camp activities as they learn about God and being on-mission with one’s faith. Camp is held at High Plains retreat center outside of Canyon, but we will leave from and return to Coulter Road Baptist Church.
Registration fee is $ 180.00 includes camp T-shirt and lodging. Resident Campers choosing Challenge Element Camptivities will need the Challenge Element Form and an additional $20 fee per Challenge element. There are two registration forms, one for camp and one for our church, please fill out both. If you want to pay online, please pay on the church registration form. Please download or pick up Medical Forms and Challenge Element Forms from the Childhood Ministry office and return completed to Dulcie before we leave for camp. What to bring to Girls Camp:
Medical release, Bible, pen, offering money,bedroll, pillow, swimsuit (prefer one-piece; girls must wear/swim in cover-up over 2-piece suit) towels, toiletries, flashlight, clothing and shoes appropriate for walking outdoors, insect repellent, sunscreen, water bottle or cup, permanent marker (opt’l), snacks/soda (opt’l), canned vegetables for Mission Action project
PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW GIRLS TO BRING CELL PHONES or HEADPHONES. If an emergency arises phone service will be provided through the director or sponsors.
