Fred Meeks, a native of Dallas Texas, was the Director of the Logsdon Seminary Lubbock Program from April 2010 to October 2018. Prior to that he taught courses in Bible, Theology, and Christian Ministry for twenty-one years at Wayland Baptist University. He also held the position of Chair (now Dean) of the Division (now School) of Religion and Philosophy at Wayland. He spent almost 25 years serving as pastor of churches in Texas (FBC Lorenzo, Oakwood Baptist Lubbock, FBC Plainview), Oklahoma, Colorado, and Oregon. After becoming a professor and university administrator he served as interim pastor of 32 churches. Dr. Meeks is a Certified Intentional Interim Minister of the Texas Baptist Convention. He and his wife Sally have two daughters, Marnie and Meredith.

Aaron began serving as our Worship Arts Pastor in June of 2018. He and his wife, Chelsea, have been married since June of 2012 and have one son named Oliver. Aaron graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in May of 2012 with a Bachelors in Church Music and from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in May of 2019 with a Masters in Theological Studies. When not performing, teaching, or studying music, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, following his favorite sports teams, and reading. He previously served as Minister of Music and Education at First Baptist Church in Seagraves, Texas from 2013-2018.
Lori served as our financial secretary from 2010 to 2015. In the Fall of 2015 she transitioned in to her current position as our business administrator. She and her husband, David, have five children, Celeste, Kristen, Naomi, Jarek & John Mark. They also have one wonderful granddaughter named Trinity. Lori oversees our finances, as well as our support & janitorial staff, and we’re glad to have her as part of our ministry staff at CRBC!
Marilyn has served on our staff since December 1991. Hers is the friendly voice you hear each time you call CRBC. She and her husband, Gary, a teacher at Amarillo High School, have four children and numerous grandchildren. We’re honored to have Marilyn serving on our staff, and she considers it a joy to be able to be the first person many people at CRBC meet!
